Tips

The Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices discourage asking for age, race, religion and marital status; the Workplace Fairness Act 2025 will put this into law once it comes into force.
State citizenship or pass type (Citizen, PR, Employment Pass); it matters for hiring quotas.
Expected salary and notice period are commonly asked.
