How it works.
What counts as making a CV
Making a CV means downloading it, printing it, copying its text or saving it to Google Drive for the first time. You can edit a CV you have made as often as you like, and downloading it again does not count twice.
Which CVs are used first
Your free CV is used first, then your monthly allowance, then any pack. A monthly allowance you do not use does not carry over. Pack CVs do not expire.
Cancelling and refunds
A monthly plan renews until you cancel. Cancel any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email, and you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for. If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days and get a refund, as set out in Paddle’s buyer terms. If a 5-CV pack is refunded, CVs not yet made with it are removed.
Who you pay
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds and returns, under Paddle’s buyer terms. Pay by card or another method Paddle offers at checkout.
